How do Stripe payments work?
Create payment links directly from your portal. Your client pays via Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Funds are deposited directly to your connected bank account with automatic payouts.
Do my clients need to create an account?
No. Clients access their portal via a unique link. No signup, no login, no friction. They complete the entire onboarding in one session.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. When you upgrade, the new features are available immediately. When you downgrade, your current billing period completes first.
Is the e-signature legally binding?
Yes. Portawo signatures are ESIGN Act and eIDAS compliant. Each signature captures the signer's name, IP address, and timestamp for a complete audit trail.
